WE were supposed to test drive the new commander today in Laconia, NH. Me and two friends signed up online and have confirmation numbers and dates for today at noon. We drive the 4 plus hrs to Laconia and guess what? Not a BRP machine to be seen except for some spyders, the spyder rep giving out demo rides was very rude to us. WE talked to a food vendor who told us that BRP was there thursday or friday setting up a weak course and that they would be back on Tuesday (today).
To say the least we are very dissapointed and I am not going to stop whining about BRP all over the net until I get some satisfaction from BRP.
You would think that they, can am could have at least emailed us or called us if they had to reschedule, after all they have our contact info as you have to provide it to get the confirmation number.
sigh...............................................there's a day out of my life I will never get back.

That does suck, you drive all that way for nothing....Like Bank said, write a nice letter to them explaining in details what took place. Do it right though, A nasty letter will get you no where...Be blunt but keep your cool!....
